Mentors of Color Scheduled Mentoring is designed to make the mentoring process seamless yet highly impactful. We handle every aspect—from mentor matching and training to event facilitation and feedback collection—ensuring that both mentors and mentees can focus on building meaningful relationships.

Mentor Matching: Gain access to the MOC mentoring network, connecting mentors and mentees across the U.S. to foster meaningful relationships.

Mentor Training: We provide mentor training to ensure mentors are well-prepared and effective in their roles.

Feedback Forms: Our feedback forms assess the mentoring program’s effectiveness by gathering mentor and mentee input on experiences, skills gained, and improvement suggestions, while also supporting professional growth, grant reporting, and demonstrating program impact.

MOC Support: The chief mentor at Mentors of Color will serve as the main point of contact, advising mentors and coordinating matches.
