How it works
We aren’t a formal mentoring network
We simply enable relationships to happen and enable our network of mentors to share experiences.
We focus on “light-weight mentoring”
Mentors don’t need to have training or practice formal mentoring. We just want our mentors to share experiences, knowledge, and potentially their network with Mentees.
Mentors commit to meet for one hour, with one mentee, one time a month.
Every mentor and mentee can determine the length of their own relationship. You may only want to meet once, or you can decide to meet as many times as you want. It’s up to you.
