Partnership Mentoring Services

We help your organization build a successful and thriving mentoring program that enables your mentees to have more opportunities.

Mentors of Color gives a partner organization access to our resources to become a place where mentees find community.

Program Highlights:

Mentor Matching

A partnership with MOC includes access to the mentoring network to connect mentors and mentees across the US and build meaningful relationships.

Group Mentoring

MOC mentors/mentees meet monthly to discuss different topics that impact people of color to further build community.

Lunch and Learns & Workshops

We provide monthly or quarterly lunch and learns on topics that are specifically relevant to mentees.

Keynotes / Fireside Chats

These virtual events will host speakers and panelists and maybe large event or very specific.

Video Library

Mentors/Mentees have access to the video library to view past events, lunch and learns, and group chats.

Slack Community

Mentors/Mentees will have access to the MOC slack channel to connect with mentors and mentees across the US.

Newsletter

Monthly newsletters sent to mentors/mentees to stay connected and keep mentees informed of events and current cultural news.

Landing Page

Access to your own landing page for partner organizations to send their members.

MOC Directory

Mentors/Mentees have access to the the MOC directory to find mentors and get connected.

MOC Youth Program

Mentors of Color Youth is a dynamic program designed to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders. Focused on personal growth, leadership development, and community involvement, MOC Youth equips young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to become influential change-makers.

Program Highlights:

Active Listening and Motivational Interviewing

Our mentorship approach is built on principles of active listening and motivational interviewing. We believe in fostering meaningful connections and empowering our youth through supportive and engaging conversations

Connection

Mentees will meet with assigned Mentors discussing various topics of interests

AI- Enhanced Sessions

All mentoring calls are recorded, and an AI-generated summary is provided. This ensures a comprehensive overview of each session's discussions.

Feedback for Impact

After every mentoring session, mentors are required to provide feedback through a summary form. This captures the essence of the discussion and the impact made on the youth's development

In Person Mixers

This event includes personalized matching for up to 50 participants (25 mentors and 25 mentees). Our team will provide full facilitation, control the event flow, and explain the matching process. We use a tailored questionnaire to gather key information from mentors and mentees, which feeds into a specialized algorithm to ensure the best pairings.

Additionally, we offer customizable mixers that can include catering, a DJ, workshops, and speaker panels to enhance the experience and meet the specific needs of your audience.
